These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Career Kit website, software, and services (the “Services”), operated by Emma Cambon, trading as Career Kit.

By accessing or using the Services, including creating an account or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Services.

 

1. Scope of Services

Career Kit provides:

• Digital resume templates and guides
  

• Resume optimization and career-related services
  

• Access to a resume generator SaaS
  

• AI-assisted tools to support resume creation and optimization
  
  

Career Kit uses third-party AI providers. Career Kit does not own, develop, or control any AI models.

 

 

2. Nature of the Service 

Career Kit provides tools, not outcomes.

• We do not guarantee interviews, job offers, employment, or career success.
  

• AI-generated content is assistive only.
  
  You are solely responsible for how outputs are used.
  

All outputs must be reviewed, edited, and validated by you before use.

 

3. Accounts & Access

You may be required to create an account to access certain features.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and lawful information
  

• Keep your credentials secure
  

• Use the Services only for personal, lawful purposes
  

Career Kit reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms, without refund.

 

4. User Content & Acceptable Use

You may upload resumes, job descriptions, and related materials (“User Content”).

You agree that you will not upload, submit, or process:

• Illegal, fraudulent, or misleading content
  

• Content infringing third-party rights
  

• Content intended to deceive employers or violate applicable laws
  

• Malicious, abusive, or harmful material
  

You retain ownership of your User Content.

By uploading content, you grant Career Kit a limited, non-exclusive license to process it solely to provide the Services.

 

5. Data Storage & Deletion

Depending on the features used, Career Kit may temporarily store User Content to operate the Services.

• If you delete your account, stored data will be deleted within a reasonable timeframe, unless retention is legally required.
  

• Career Kit does not guarantee permanent storage of resumes or outputs.
  

• You are responsible for saving your results.
  
  

 

6. AI Disclaimer

The Software is provided “as is.”

• AI outputs may contain errors or inaccuracies.
  

• Career Kit does not guarantee correctness or suitability.
  

• Career Kit is not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated content.
  

 

7. Availability & MVP Disclaimer

The resume generator software is currently released in an early-stage version.

We strive for availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

Downtime, bugs, maintenance, or feature changes may occur.

 

8. Payments & Refunds

Digital Products & Services

All sales of digital products and services are final.

No refunds are offered.

SaaS (Resume Generator Software)

For the Software:

• No refunds once access or processing begins
  

• No refunds for unused time
  

Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in immediate account termination.

 

9. Intellectual Property

All non-user content, including:

• Software
  

• Design
  

• Workflows
  

• Templates
  

• Branding
  

is the exclusive property of Emma Cambon / Career Kit.

You may not copy, resell, redistribute, or create competing products.

 

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Career Kit shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages
  

• Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you
  
  

 

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain.

Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Spanish courts.

 

12. Changes to Terms

Career Kit may update these Terms at any time.

Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
